The French Ardennes tourist destination commissioned Headerpop to implement solutions to develop their community and to build loyalty.
- New newsletter strategy: The Ardennes tourist development agency wanted to reposition its newsletter strategy in a more structured approach, easier to follow for the public. Headerpop has contributed to this work by developing a newsletter model that mixes inspiration and practical advice, which can be adapted throughout the year. In addition, several campaigns to acquire new newsletter subscribers are planned on social networks during the summer of 2021.
- Community acquisition campaigns on social networks: the destination also wanted to implement an advertising campaign strategy on social networks to increase their community on Facebook and Instagram. Our teams created several campaigns in order to test and then optimise the results over time, in order to obtain the lowest possible acquisition cost. The ads are based on the themes that the target audience likes: discovery, disconnection, nature.
